We really enjoyed great and fantastic location.

The service was excellant with parking on-site. Wonderful rooms where neat, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Location: the hotel was not far from Saudi Arabia, the airport and granada business center and shopping malls.

The junior suite was spacious with a comfortable seating area and a tv. Staff were really friendly and always helpful with requests. Breakfast had a good variety of options, and there was free coffee and tea in the room with an electric kettle. The location was great, near Granada mall and jogging paths. The room had soundproofing and air conditioning for comfort.

Really good Staff and Comfortable Stay

The Junior Suite was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were really nice too, especially during check-out when they accommodated my late flight seamlessly. The dining service was excellent with delicious meals that offered great value. The Wi-Fi could use some improvement, as it didn't reach the bedroom well.

The Queen Suite impressed with its spacious layout, with a large bed and a comfortable sofa. Cleanliness was amazing, and the staff, especially Mr Gehad at the front desk, were great, assisting with check-in and offering room service for breakfast. The breakfast itself was rather average, and the pool was out of operation. Minor details, like unattended plates in the dining area, could use improvement.
